We keep a close eye on the market in Valencia and the surrounding area, liaise with estate agents and shortlist the properties that match your criteria. You only see the most relevant opportunities, so no wasted viewings.
We arrange the viewings, come along with you and give you a debrief with an objective assessment: overall condition, renovation work needed, potential for capital growth or rental yield, strengths and points to watch. Can’t make it? We’ll send you a full video walkthrough with commentary.
Before you buy, a number of things need checking: the legal status of the property and its entry in the Land Registry, any outstanding charges or debts, planning rules, estimated renovation costs and potential rental return. We help you work through it all, so there are no nasty surprises.
We assess the property’s real market value and advise you on making the right offer.
Preparing the reservation, the deposit contract (contrato de arras), liaising with the notary, checking the documents and signing the title deed (escritura) on completion day. So the whole process is clear, safe and stress-free.
We put you in touch with contractors and keep track of the work. For an investment, we can also take care of rental management (long-term lets, seasonal rentals or coliving), with the same rigour we bring to our owner clients.
We support international buyers who are new to the Spanish property market and its procedures. Our team speaks English, French and Spanish, and can help you remotely or in person.
We do not act as an estate agent, lawyer, architect or site manager, and we never replace qualified professionals.
